The Canine Training Association (CTA) was formed in 1950 as a non-profit organization in the State of Maryland. The principal goal of the association is to teach dog owners how to train their dogs to become well-mannered members of their households and communities. CTA offers agility, freestyle, rally, and obedience training ranging from beginner classes to those leading to titled competition.
